Upcoming Changes In Adsense Referrals

Are you using or getting a good amount of earnings from Google Adsense Referrals where you are paid when you refer users to download n install Google Pack,Firefox & to join Google Adsense. I do earn a good amount referring people to download Firefox and a guy you might have heard about earns $25,000 from adsense by Firefox referral. Just few hours ago I received an email from Adsense that informs that starting from 3rd week of February new rates & some rules would be added to Adsense For Referral products like Google Pack,Firefox & Adsense.
The following changes would take place after 3rd Week Of February(2008) : -
Referring To Google Adsense - You would have an option to add this referral unit if you target Japan
and/or
any
countries
in
North
America
and
Latin
America only. So you can not refer adsense to users of other countries like India, China. So no more referring of adsense to Indians despite the fact that many Indians are expected to signup for adsense after 1-2 years.
Google Pack Referral - You would get $1 for each successful referral of Google Pack download & installation instead of $2 which we get now. People for any country can download & same price applies for all & starts in 3rd week of frebuary.
Firefox Referral - Firefox installations

China would pay you less after 3rd February, however there is no problem if the adsense account is from china.
