December 22, 2007 – 3:05 pmJust now stumbled that a blogging goals of 2008 group write project would come to an end at Daily Blog Tips after few hours so I’ve decided to participate & here are my blogging goals for 2008
My Main Blogging Goals For 2008
Increase Post Frequency To Maximum Possible Level(write more)(minimum 300 posts in 2008)
Improve RSS Feed Subscriber Count To About 300(currently near 80 subscribers)
Google PageRank - 5 or 6 in January Update (currently pr3)
Technorati Rank Of 50,000 (current rank of about 90,000)
Alexa Rank Should Be Less Than 200,000
Target Monthly Earnings $100 (Only doing sponsored reviews as we neither use adsense nor sell links.)
Custom Coded Theme That’ll be cool to have a custom coded theme made for this blog even tough minimum cost would be around $100.
Commenting In DoFollow Blogs I would spend more time in commenting in other dofollow blogs to get relevant links & good rankings.
Never Forget This Is A 3 Months Old Blog
Actually all those rankings might not be impressive but you have to consider that this blog is just 3.5 months old & all those ranking values are not poor for such a new blog. Now since we’ve turned 3 months(started in September 10) so this is the time to be approved for paid posts in PayPerPost to earn more.
Currently being a full time student & part time blogger I’m not able to maintain a good post frequency so the next on the card is to write more & have a lot of posts because my semester exam is going to over in new year. That might bring me more RSS Feed subscribers & traffic. I’ve not included links or serps in the blogging goal because they come regularly & till now I’ve about 8000+ links in yahoo even in these 3 months of blogging. So due to these links i expect a PR5 or above in next update by google. Also technorati rank is improving at a great pace.
